start of week three
we've made it into week three and things are going well. we've gone through larger cities and some very small towns (pop. 30), all of which we've been warmly received by the cafes and bars, otherwise known as "christian bookstores" by people on the tour. this week we'll be heading south to salt lake city further into the heat and strenuous climbing. pray for our health and tell someone about the purpose of this tour. ride on!

ooo! I love christian bookstores ; )
Thanks for updates. Our pastor was talking about all those wonderful books you can find in Christian bookstores in his sermon on July 6. He said his favorite title was "Interviewing your daughter's date: 8 steps to no regrets". So what is your favorite so far?
Hey Buddy,
I hope everything is going great for you and the tour, i am now in Australia and loving every second of it.
Colin
The funny thing is that the Keweenaw Brewing Company actually was a Christian bookstore before it began its current business operation...
Biking-related question: how long do you actually bike every day? What kind of horror does that do to one's rear end?
nate and rachel... we bike on average 64-83.6 miles a day, except for sundays when we don't bike, and every other day we bike 90 miles, but we subtract 2 miles for every empty can we pick up on the road, so the answer to your question is 74 miles. and goldbond is a miracle.
